"TRAVEL" services for signers who just can't make it to the office.
What you'll need to bring or have with you:
• Yourself
The person whose signature is being notarized must personally appear before the notary.
• Your completed document(s)
• Valid Identification
A valid identification card will be required from you, the signer in order for me to notarize your document. One of the following will do, so long as it is current or issued within the past 5 years:
A state issued driver's license or identification card; U.S. Passport; Foreign Passport stamped by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS); Military service I.D. card or I.D. card issued by the U.S. government if it includes a photo and physical description; Drivers license officially issued in Mexico or Canada.
I am strongly committed to providing high quality, on time delivery of Notary Public Services at a reasonable cost per notarized signature. No matter what it costs me, I will NEVER compromise on my integrity, the quality of notary service provided, or the timeliness of my service delivery.
I am available during regular business hours. I am a dedicated traveling mobile notary who will service your notary needs at a place, and time of your convenience.

I will meet where you like - office, home, business, hotel, hospital, airport, school, college, assisted living, senior citizen residents, or nursing home.

To expedite the signing of any document, Clients/Borrowers will need:
- Valid Identification Any one of the following forms of identifications are acceptable:
- California Driver's License (valid or issued within the past 5 years)
- California Identification Card (valid or issued within the past 5 years)
- Two credible witness's with a form of valid identification listed here, for a person who does not have current ID
- Mexico Or Canada Driver's license (valid or issued within the past 5 years)
- US Passport (valid or issued within the past 5 years)
- US Military ID Card (if it includes a photo & physical deccription of the person)
- Inmate ID Card (only valid for in custody inmates)
- Other State Driver's License (valid or issued within the past 5 years)
- Other State Identification card (valid or issued within the past 5 years)
- Foreign Passports stamped by USCIS
3. Closing cost check if applicable, (check with Lender or Escrow Co.)
4. Have lender's phone number handy in case you have questions during the signing.
5. Please complete all forms except signatures and notarized areas. Discuss blank spaces with your lender as to N/A or a "Line" drawn through it.
6. Please review all documents for the correct spelling of names and correct dates.
I provide reliable, courteous and accurate mobile notary and loan signing services to clients and borrowers. I am a bonded and insured California Notary Public and Certified Signing Agent. I represent clients professionally and ethically, and I guarantee the accuracy of my work.
I will travel to your office, borrower's home or agreed-upon meeting place at your convenience, and I am available 24/7 for loan signing and notary appointments. Please call and I will do my best to accomodate your request.
Note: All signers must provide current, legal photo ID, preferably a state-issued driver or non-driver ID or U.S. Passport. Acceptable ID is that which is current or has been issued within five years, contains a photograph and description of the person named on it, shall be signed by the person, shall bear a serial or other identifying number, and in the event that the document is a foriegn passport, shall have been stamped by the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service.
