Loan Signing Fees
All notary services shall be performed in strict accordance with the laws of the state of California.
I
do not work on a contingency basis. I am paid for my time and
expertise. All notary service fees shall be paid in advance by cash or
cashier's check. Payment shall be delivered with the loan
documents. Any documents arriving without the full agreed upon
payment will result in no service and no further contact with the
signing service.
