I do not work on a contingency basis. I am paid for my time and expertise. All notary service fees shall be paid in advance by cash or cashier's check. Payment shall be delivered with the loan documents.
NOTE: Documents arriving without the full agreed upon payment will result in no service and no further contact with the signing service.
