Notary Fees

For taking an acknowledgment (used to certify the identity of the document signer, often used for documents such as deeds and power of attorneys), or other documents not requiring an oath to be administered. This fee is $10.00	$10.00 for each notarized signature + Travel Fees
For administering a written oath (used to certify that the signer has sworn that the document contents are true, often used for documents such as affidavits) Jurat per signature fee.	$10.00 for each notarized signature + Travel Fees
For providing a prepared Acknowledgment form or Jurat that must be attached to a document that does not contain proper notarial wording or does not contain notarial wording suitable for use in California, when used in the course of performing a notarial act	NO CHARGE
Jails, Prisons, and Rehab Facilities for first three hours. Add an additional $50.00 for every hour or portion of an hour over 3 hours.	$200.00 + $10.00 for each notarized signature + Travel Fee
Hospitals and Care facilities NOTE: The person signing the document must be lucid & understand the document they are signing.	$150.00 + $10.00 for each notarized signature + Travel Fees
Hotels & Airports	Parking Fees + $10.00 for each notarized signature + Travel Fees

All milage is based on mapquest from Winnetka Av/Roscoe Bl., Winnetka, Ca. 91306 . Mileage is computed one way.

The San Fernando Valley service area does not include Arleta, Burbank, Eagle Rock, Glendale, Hidden Hills, Lake View Terrace, Mission Hills, North Hills, North Hollywood. Pacoima, Panorama City, San Fernando, Sunland, Sun Valley, Sylmar, and Tujunga.

Travel services within San Fernando Valley primary service area This is the minimum travel fee	+ $40.00
After hours service avaliable within the primary service area 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM	$40.00 + $10.00 for each notarized signature + $40.00 Travel Fee
Emergency services within the primary service area 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM	$75.00 + $10.00 for each notarized signature + $40.00 Travel Fee
For services outside the primary service area and within 30 miles one way from Winnetka, California.	+ $50.00
After hours services avaliable outside the primary service area 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM	$75.00 + $10.00 for each notarized signature + $50.00 Travel Fee
Emergency services outside of the primary service area 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM	$100.00 + $10.00 for each notarized signature + $50.00 Travel Fee
For services 31-50 miles one way from Winnetka, California.	+ $75.00
For services 51-75 miles one way from Winnetka, California.	+ $125.00
For services 76-100 miles one way from Winnetka, California.	+ $150.00

Other Charges Added to the Basic Fees and Travel Charges

Holiday signings avaliable only within the San Fernando Valley Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve	$300.00 + $10.00 for each notarized signature + $40.00 Travel Fee
Holiday signings - avaliable throughout Southern California Christmas Day, New Year's Day & Easter Sunday	$350.00 + $10.00 for each notarized signature + Travel Fee
All other holiday signings (Federal or California)	$150.00 + $10.00 for each notarized signature + Travel Fee
Waiting fee For each half an hour that documents or signing client are not ready or available The clock starts upon the notary's arrival at the agreed upon appointment time.	+ $50.00

Loan Signing Fees
All notary services shall be performed in strict accordance with the laws of the state of California.

I do not work on a contingency basis. I am paid for my time and expertise. All notary service fees shall be paid in advance by cash or cashier's check. Payment shall be delivered with the loan documents. Any documents arriving without the full agreed upon payment will result in no service and no further contact with the signing service.
